- Spend quality time with your spouse regularly. Do things that you both enjoy and that can enhance your intimacy. Express your affection and appreciation for your spouse verbally and physically.
- Avoid situations that can lead to temptation. Stay away from pornography, flirtatious conversations, or inappropriate relationships with the opposite sex. Be accountable to someone you trust, such as a friend, a pastor, or a counselor.
